Hello togehter!
I'm glad that i found this forum!
So I'm from Germany and wanted to SE a big value Item from amazon.DE.
So here my fail storty this week. In just want to have a few tips so for my next try. That would be awesome
Last week i orderd a product for about 1,2k € from amazon.DE. My Account is about 10 Years old with prime and only had one SE with a product under 300€.
I was not @home the package arrived it was about 14 kg weight and they puttted it on the front door and made a picture that it was delivered.
BTW in my area amazon did not anymore deliver with UPS, DHL, Hermes etc they have their "own" delivery drivers .
So i took the package and decided to choose the emptiy box method. (I think that was not a good idea)
I called and had a good rep and story but they told me to give that to another department. Than i got a E-Mail they want statutory declaration that the item was not in the box.
I should fill the formular, but here i stopped because i was to much afraid to get in trouble... yeah so i'm a beginner.
I sended a mail and said it was a mistake (prank form my rommate) i sended the package back.
So now i found this forum here and planning my next step to do it better
Can you give me some suggestions because i want the same item agian and should i wait a lillte bit? Is it better to do it on another store?

it was probably too heavy for EB, and you need to fill in the statuary declaration, ur fine most of the time.

So would you recommend another method (and when yes, which) should i try again on amazon.de or use is on another shop?
What about the FTID-Method?
