SE possibility - Karmador - 03-13-2021

Hey ! I recently found out a 2.5k gaming desktop is listed under 1 generic name. not disclosed of couse but instead of the product name being called 'dell g5 gaming desk i7 3060RTX' it's called 'keyboard'. Photos are the correct item but not the product name.

Is there a possiblity to do something here ?

If the Items were named vice versa, meaning the keyboard Is titled as the Dell G5 Gaming Desktop, you could've said you ordered the Dell G5 and received a keyboard Instead.

and in the case the generic name is an intangible object, like a concept ? the word is 'advertising'

and when they check cameras in warehouse or weight on label ?

So do they have state of the art overhead CCTV cameras actively monitoring their packing tables, that can also conclusively Identify minute details on the label?
