Amazon Refund 2021 - _mayur19 - 03-10-2021
Hello, am planning to do a refund with Amazon but I just found out they ask for OTP on the date of delivery. So does this mean methods such as EB and DNA are not doable now? This is for airpod pros. Thanks

EB and MEB (manufacturer eb) should both still work with OTP.
As for which of the two eb methods I would recommend, I'm not sure! So let's wait for some other members to assist you.
Edit: there's always 3 other methods from the top of my head: wrong item received, sealed and return, old school box.

AirPods have a very high success rate with the missing Item method, so you can go ahead and use It.

The delivery driver will ask you for it before handing over the package

Though, a successful outcome Is not surprising- an OTP has no Impact on the missing Item/partial method.
