You'll need to Google: Bobs Refund Guide version 3. You should find one out there somewhere. I think most people use FTID 3.

Don't use FTID, too much risk for nothing. Shop at Best Buy or Bed Bath & Beyond, go with a refurbished model, pay with Paypal and either DNA or box them. Paypal will serve as a backup method in case the boxing doesn't work.
