When asking for feedback, don't say you only want to hear what's good about it. Be open to constructive criticism.

Here's some feedback:
-The guy is not cut out that well. What method did you use? Magic Wand is the easiest but produces average results. Eraser takes ages and produces the worst results. Pen tool takes a little while and produces the best results, just as an fyi.
-Text is a little boring, but I've seen far worse!

Overall, this is pretty accomplished for a first effort. You've tried to keep the design minimalist and clean, which is nice. Most people just layer tons of stocks when they first get Photoshop.
Try using layer styles on the text now. Double click the text layer, and you can add all kinds of effects to it!

Not bad, if I was you I would have changed the font, it doesn't look that nice in my opinion. Other than that nice job!

I don't really like it.

I'm not really sure how you can improve this right now. Maybe use the wizard hand tool or something, I use GIMP and then it's that little wizard wand tool.

I think the text can be improved.
