Hi, I recently successfully refunded Moncler for a puffer jacket. As I opened it, the fit was very different to what I imagined,I’ve started to not like it as much as I did. Would it be possible if I hit a wrong item received ? And put in this jacket for another one of equal value ?

If they've marked your SEd Item as a write-off, It may come up as such when they scan your (wrong Item) return.
What method did you use to SE It?
