How much is too much refunding? - DedSpace - 02-09-2021

I have been thinking about refunding Amazon and was wondering what I could get away with. Going for thousands seems excessive and would most probably raise some alarms, as would doing it frequently. I need a new GPU for both cracking and gaming but they go out of stock because of miners and cost too much to get from other sources which mark up the price knowing they will sell them. So far I am aware of the DNA (did not arrive), wrong item and faulty in a way that makes the item dangerous - "leaking battery so I had to throw it away" thanks to Mothered's site SocialEngineers.Net .

Has anyone refunded a GPU recently? Was it a sign for delivery? How much were you comfortable with ordering without worrying about Amazon investigating?

Could do with a big old HDD to hold some big old password leaks also.

You would have to do it a lot to actually get into some shit just don't be greedy and have a couple of real purchases then refund. The company doesn't know better to there knowledge all of your claims are real and if you do push it to the edge you will most likely get a cease and desist letter and nothing after that unless you continue.

no if they were catching on to him ...he could get alot more than a simple C&D ..... they have caught people for under 1k and charged them with  wire fraud and mail fraud. both are a felony not just a little slap on the wrist..

so be smart and read up on things to cover your ass before attempting to start doing it more than a few times..
even if your not being smart and hiding conversations and they find out boom whoever your talking too about it or helping you with it  can be charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud or mail fraud  felony !

be smart is all im saying cover all your bases man .... ..i wasnt caught doing refunding :\  but something else very similar 5 years ago with a group of people and a lot them and honestly myself  started getting sloppy with it after getting away with things for such a long time  ...  and i was charged with  Racketeering &Cybercrime... WASNT WORTH IT !!! than my prick roommates started doing shit that caused me another C&D since bill is nunder my name id had to close up shop

its all fun in games till you get caught and have jail time HUGE Fines 2 felony charges and having alot of your property & money seized

It's Inevitable that high value Items trigger Investigations, so do expect It as well as a lengthy claims process.

If the packaging Is suitable, the sealed box method can also be used.
