Hello sisnisterly members, this is my first post. The community looks super friendly and helpful so I hope that in near future I will be able to post some good stuff to help others. For now I decided to post question related to SEing. Also english is not my main language, so Im sorry for any mistakes iin writing etc.
Question 1
In my country (in Europe) there is a service offering instant (or very fast) refunds on fresh amazon accounts (up to 1k$ on .de, .nl etc). They are not scam as they refunded me some stuff in past, so I was wondering which method they use. I gathered some information so hopefully any of you could help me anwser my question. 1st -after customer opens the ticket to use their service they ask for access to the email connected to their amazon account (so refunding doesnt happen in live chat or via phone but through email) 2nd - it cant be ftid or boxing because they never told me or anyone to do anything with package 3rd - it also cant be paypal claim - people use normal payment option4th - from what i know they almost never failed, whats more they usually send 1 email to complete the refund even if the amazon account is fresh 5th - I looked through their vouches and gathered information about the products they refund - they refund clothes, shoes, electronics (so they dont do just one category) 6th - I once saw that they instruct customers to dont sign package if possible and if they have to, they should sign with fake name. Now forgive me - maybe im really overthinking and its just dna but then I wonder how do they refund so fast mostly by sending one email. Another point why I dont believe its dna is the fact that people in Europe have to sign packages more often than lets say guys in USA. I would be happy to hear your thoughts about it, especially from mothered - who is really hepful and creative guy out there when it comes to SE topic.

It would depend on the item like airpods for example you can say that they were not in the airpods packaging but I would assume they DNA most of the time.

As such, you'll find that more than one method can be used which will allow you to select the one you're most comfortable and confident with. As It stands, you're solely focusing on one method (which may not be needed to begin with) and overthinking the SE, which Is not good practice.
