Can you suggest me some reliable and possibly free VCC providers in Europe?

I haven't personally used this service (have It bookmarked), so If you decide to use It, do take precautionary measures.

icard are good and so are Revolut (my personal choice).

I'd say to remember these providers all know about refunding and you should ensure you're throwing some legit transactions into the mix as well or risk it being locked and losing money.

Meaning take extra care If you're going to commit to a service that you've never used before, nor have any reputable members (or other reliable sources) recommended It.

iCard is just live Revult but paid.
VCC in Europe are useful but not very much.

I doubt you'll find a legit vcc provider in EU that doens't have alot of verifications
It's just EU regulations man

You might try using Conotoxia - they're significant in Poland and at least in my case, they haven't required any sort of verification. They allow to freely create and delete VCCs with no charges whatsoever.
