Need help with DNA - Seriium - 02-02-2021
Need assistance on my second ever refund, thinking DNA route. Chinese company shipping from china, Shipping via dhl, Dimensions are 9x3x4, weight 907g or 32 ounces, any advice? Lots of package thievery in my area so that would be a decent excuse, Total value is $77 USD. Here's my plan,

Good morning, I recently ordered <product> and it's been 3 days past the date It was supposed to arrive, As there have been numerous package thefts in my area I believe I have fallen victim to it. The <product> from your <store> seemed to be the best I could find, would it be at all possible to get a replacement or perhaps a store credit?

Don't provide any more Information than what's needed.
Simply say that you haven't received your package, and the next course of action will be based on their reply.

maybe they will ask you to wait a couple of days and maybe they will check the supply chain. (DHL).

DHL has been a pretty iffy service in the past few years, can't attest to how they are now, It would give me plausible deniability based on their history

The reason why I've suggested to not go Into detail, Is because It may not come to the point of having to explain yourself. The more Information you give (when not warranted), the more ammunition they have to use against you. Every SE Is a step-by-step process, hence replies are based on the responses of representatives.
