Need Advice - Einsatzgruppe - 02-01-2021
Has anyone else here ever received a C&D from ISP ??
How serious is it and should i be worried ?? Or is it just nothing ??

The ISP Is simply forwarding details from the entity who raised the Issue. I suggest to anonymize your online navigation.

Thank you for the Reply sir <3 You have been much help as always. Only thing that bothers me is i had one already about a few years ago and i take full responsibility for that when i first started messing around with "Things" on the Internet ...
But this warning wasn't because of me -_- ! But sadly Bill & Service is under my name so im responsible for it . Throttling Connect Now ..
in all honesty would you recommend a new ISP?

If so, when It's lifted, anonymize your connection via a VPN. Also, be sure that your activity that was responsible for triggering the C&D notice, Is In fact running through the VPN service.

I took care of the other Device that caused it .. don't think it'll happen again unless you can somehow fix a few Bullet Holes
it was extremely gratifying !!! so i dont think it will ever have a chance to do it again

Put simply, If you've Infringed the rights of a given entity, they may Issue a C&D notice to alert you of your actions and to Immediately stop your activity- there and then.

One of the guys I rented a bedroom to a few years ago downloaded a Johnny Cash discography and left it seeding. I got hundreds of emails from my ISP with C&D's in them. They basically gave me a warning.
