1. Buy any gift card/code with PAYPAL
2. Use it as fast as possible or create a fake steam account and use the code for your real steam account.
3. Contact their support and say it didn't work and that it was already redeemed. In case they ask for picture take a pic of your fake steam account without the game/code.
4. if they say no or some other thing get in touch with Paypal and open a dispute as soon as possible. Make sure to tell PayPal that the code was already used and play like a boomer that have no idea what happened.
5. Finally, wait for your refund.

A pretty simple guide, yet quite effective.
It's good you've mentioned PayPal - they tend to fall for claims of this nature.

Be advised, they do blacklist accounts and IPs for disputes.

I'd never use PP for small disputes like G2A game keys. PP will poop on your account if you do this more than 1 or 2 times.

If you alter the value of Items and allow sufficient gaps between each SE/dispute, as well as not use the same methods In succession, It significantly minimizes the risk of account closure.
