My phone carrier (KPN if you're not from the netherlands you won't know it) is gonna send me a iphone 12 pro max i bought from them (monthy payments) would it be safe to DNA them or will they be able to block the phone?

They'll most likely blacklist the IMEI number.
It's best to SE from major companies like (obviously) Amazon.
