even though it would be difficult to moderate, it could also attract new users and increase the activity of the forum.

I wish we were in a position to do this, but we don't really have the moderator capacity and capabilities to do that. That's why it's currently a rule that this is an English speaking board.

Further to @Jiggly's post above, Irrespective of the moderator(s) In place, It will be Impossible to moderate each and every language.

Many of our members are bilingual, so if a bunch of people speak a language this might become an option. With the thousands of languages available, it's simply impossible to add and moderate them all.
If there's enough demand I might make a generalized International Lounge, but you'll have to accept awkward/harsh moderation as we try to keep up.
