DDR4 RAM SE - xVita - 01-23-2021

So i bought 1x DDR4 RAM which weights 65grams on 2 different sites.
Just do the DNA method when i call them? Biggrin

Was the delivery verified by signature or otherwise, or was the package simply left at the doorstep? Also, who's the company you're planning to SE?

I purchased one of them on Otto.de and the other one on a small company.. guess it's to risky to tell the name.
Got both of them in the letter box separately. (like 2 hours ago)

Called the first company and they instantly refunded me the money.
The second company told me i have to wait till monday and call them back.

I wouldn't do the DNA due to the weight of the item it would be easy to partial and DNA can hurt the driver and they could come to your house and question you call you and talk to your neighbors multiple times a day.

DNA - just told her I came home and the package wasn't in my letterbox.

Told him the same with the letterbox and he said the DHL worker isn't working Saturdays so I have to call them back Mondays.
(As I said a really small company here)

This clearly demonstrates that a package that's marked as delivered, does not conclude that you personally received It.

They'll simply question the driver to establish why the package wasn't delivered.

He told me I have to go to the police and see what they can do after the police-complaint.

They've opened an Investigation and require a police report to move forward with your claim.

It's part of company protocol, so It's perfectly fine to get the report.
