I am looking for easy method to SE shoes that works in Brazil (they ask for signature on delivery).

Any help will be appreciated.

What method do you recommend?
I am thinking of buying two pairs and saying that one has not arrived
or method that came only a pair and buy another pair at the store and ask for a refund.

Any help will be appreciated.

I was thinking of the missing Item/partial method, however It's a little too heavy.

If you target Nike, they tend to not cross-check consignment weights, so the above methods can be used. Alternatively, you can use the wrong Item received method.

It won't make a difference If they open an Investigation.

They'll take the weight of the shoes, and calculate/compare It against the total weight of the package.
