(Maybe) New SE Method - Brendaddy - 01-07-2021 I have an idea for a SE. With most companies they will tell you where the last update on the package and if you go to the UPS store and you pick it up before transit and claim a DNA and if the company does an investigation they look at the tracking number and see it never arrived. RE: (Maybe) New SE Method - wonton175 - 01-07-2021 Would they even allow you to pick it up in store? And if they do let you, what makes you think they won't update the status accordingly? Try it and report back

But I had to get those documents urgently so I went to pick up in one of those warehouse-SF store hybrids, and they marked it as delivered). It's no different to personally accepting the package at your home. I can certainly see your point and as with every SE, everything can be manipulated- meaning the only way I can see your method working, Is If the UPS store does not request any form of Identification/verification at the time of collection. As such, anyone other than yourself could've collected It and on those grounds, the DNA can be claimed. Given your ID was not scanned, copied or otherwise, they cannot conclude that It was yourself who collected the package. You'd need to establish whether they continue to operate In the aforementioned manner and If so, the DNA Is well and truly possible. Either that, or report your ID as missing a few days prior to the SE. As such, someone who had knowledge of your delivery (other than yourself) collected the package. Alternatively, you can "manipulate the ID", which I'm not at liberty to discuss. I'm sure you get the point. Identifying one Individual In a crowd of 100, Is certainly a lot easier than 1 In 10,000. |
