Question about DNA and couriers. - holio2k - 12-15-2020

I just ordered som crap from Amazon and selected home delivery and told them that they could leave it outside the door. By chosing that option they told me that they could not be hold legally responsible if the package get lost or damaged.

So is DNA out of the question in this case? I guess the police would get involved in some form. Cold Amazon still get me a refund for DNA under these conditions?

Thx

May I ask why you specifically told them to leave It unattended?

They may have done so without your request, which would've deemed them liable for loss of goods.

The standard delivery was to a post office. I ordered home delivery (cost €3 extra) were they just leave it at the door.

They might have different rules in different countries.

Delivery in uk is 4.45 or something like that but that delivery is to your house. If you really wanted to dna the item then I would pay for prime, then place the order. Being a prime member is always a bonus.

Understood.

As mentioned above, you did have the option of Prime. What are the Items you're planning to SE?
