Zalando ref - paranxia - 12-10-2020
hi everyone, a friend of mine made a partial refund from zalando they made him sign the declaration .... this morning they sent him an email asking him for the document he needs in case the investigation goes on .... it's better Does he send them or says he found the item?

I'd just stick to the story and send them all the documentantion they're asking for.

solved thanks! He sent documents and called them and they proceeded with the refund .... but the account used now is probably unusable as it has attracted attention anyway (or if anything he has to change the SE method)

As long as there's a sufficient gap with the next SE and another method Is used, the account will be fine.
