Getting the return label scanned in, but somehow putting it on so it is destroyed/falls off shortly after. Package is then declared lost in transit and refunded

I've heard that some couriers will reprint their own labels and stick them on the parcel when they arrive at their depots.

Theres different ways this could be handled, 1 is through an insider, 2nd i imagine acetone or some other chemical and/or a bit slight of hand also could do, its deffinitely an interresting method, but also take into consideration that most shop have cameras.

Moreover, many carriers operate on an automated process, whereby packages are placed on a conveyor belt and weights, dimensions and photos (of all 4 sides) are taken prior to being assigned to their destination. As such, each consignment Is labelled and Identified by consignor & consignee before leaving the depot.
