Google Pixel 5 promotion - Raccoon - 12-03-2020

Hello, I made my claim to get the Boose Headphones, through the Google Pixel 5 promotion.

https://pixel-offers.com/bose/en-GB/terms#5

After submitting the claim providing a receipt from Currys Pc World, they asked me a screenshot or photo of the smartphone IMEI, wich I also provided, now they sent me this email

Quote:Good Evening.

Thank you for your email.

We still require some further information from yourself before we can move forward with your claim.

Please provide a delivery/dispatch note which shows the date your device was delivered to you.

If you do not have this information to hand, please request it from your retailer.

Please note, we need this information, or at least some form of contact from yourself, within 7 days.

Should you require any assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.

Thank you.

Kind Regards,

Darren @ Google Promotional Support Team

Can someone help me on the way I should proceed? Thanks

Judging by the above, you have a couple of options- the delivery dispatch note OR "some form of contact from yourself".

In terms of the latter, establish what they're referring to.

I contacted them about the "some form of contact from yourself" 3 days ago, and got no answer

They're obligated to respond and process your claim, so keep contacting them until you receive a reply.

Do someone have a template of a delivery/dispatch note from DPD & Royal mail? I have 2 days to provide them the documents they requested me

Google Pixel 5 promotion - BitPlayer - 12-26-2020

Anyone had any success with these? I had a couple not validated initially where they’ve subsequently asked for screenshots of the EMEI. I’ve still got 2 that were validated but have now passed the target for delivery and for which I’ve not had any emails ...

I've completely given up. It's not worth my time anymore. I am disappointed though don't get me wrong.

I haven't been following your progress, so what does this relate to?

A bunch of us here on this forum used imei numbers to try and get free headphones and earphones. The company (Google) realised there was fraudulent use of IMEIs so they put all of the submissions for the free headphones on hold.

Several months later I've not heard of anyone getting them. Google wants proof of purchases which they now actually verify with the retailer. Google also wants screenshots of the imei which matches the submission. Many people forgot what imei they used.

In a nutshell Google found out what was going on and put an end to it all.

It seems like It wasn't well planned at all.

Not to worry, take the positive out of the negative- you're now aware of what should/shouldn't be done the next time around with similar SEs.
