Advice for Amazon account - Rednaxela1 - 11-30-2020

I have an Amazon account with 5 orders, legit orders. One of those was over £100. The account is a couple of weeks old. Would it be ok to refund a light item that costs around £600?

Thanks in advance.

Hit them with a missing item or boxing method near the Christmas.

Every SE Is assumed to be a legit claim by the company, so given you've had no Issues with 5 legit orders, the same will apply to the SE.

How light Is "light?".

It's a CPU so it's not heavy at all

Would you say < 60 grams?

It says it's over 300 grams. Surely that's wrong on Amazon. There's no way a small processor chip weighs that much. That's the what the item weight states.

A CPU chip alone, will not weigh anything close to 300 grams.

If It comes with the cooler/cooling fan(s), are you sure the weight doesn't relate to the lot?

It is just the processor by itself. If the weight displayed on Amazon says 300 and something grams as the item weight, will it ship at that weight? Maybe it's just wrong on Amazon.

Do you mind sharing the processor make/model? I can then have a look online and see what's going on.

Alternatively, you can PM me but If you prefer to keep It private, I understand.

As for anything of "higher" value, expect an investigation, theres a slight chance you will have some luck and they'll insta refund but you should expect an investigation on their part, and might come back at you with something like "the geolocation from their truck suggest, ladida" if its 300 grams thats quite heavy but still doable.. i have used missing item on much heavier items but ur ultimate ace is that they have to "fuck up" somehow along the road and not be able to 100% document that they actually delivered thet package, and dont give up if things dont go as planned, take your time and hit up the thread once you have started the SE.
