Hello,
I have an SSD drive that using kind of Linux. It is an SSD drive for MITEL 3300 switch: https://www.telecomspares.com/images/icp%20controller%20cxi%20II.jpg
I want to create a backup from it. The SSD drive has below structure:

First, I unmounted all of the partitions:

Then, used below command to create a clone:

After it, I plugged another SSD drive with the same capacity and executed below command to recover the image to this new SSD drive:

I notice you don't append "conv=sync,noerror". Is that intentional or have you tried that already? Have you tried cloning the drive using other means?

That parameters just check the image health?
Can "dd" copy (HPA and DCO) of a disk?

Sync does a few other things:

I have seen HPA/DCO referenced in relation to dd, but I am not certain.

I'd also recommend trying drive-to-drive, rather than image-to-drive for transfer (if you haven't already).

Are both drives the same size/capacity?

If not, then the copy Is not byte-for-byte perfect, which may result In a different hash.

I made another clone and hashes are same, but system can't boot Sad

Any special tools or...?
