What is this password encoding? Doesn't look like a hash - gibbeln - 10-30-2020

Hey, I was looking at an old data leak and the passwords are listed in a really weird format. Here are two of them:

__SEC__01RatVKHFw3BmXOHgfUTwAfje0Bi/ohM4gMvkkV12D/RDqGmcsxKrgaH9U83NORoO3WjVUfD7JU3tlsOgmHiSdll6AM1ScP6EOQT6Bb0

__SEC__01ut/Jil/557Pz/sCkqlt45VngDRt0/dhsfLawGg.kNHbsu0y3L/dOzWkXS8W.TRgoMV3lp/utgFnrxC1BMt1NqDf2baH7d/eNIEd/u.

Is this an encoding of any kind? Or is it just some random database noise that got picked up or something

I've never seen a has start with '__SEC__' before. All of the other signs point to it being MD5, but in MD5 hashed passwords there are '$' symbols. Your hash does not have any. So I don't really have any clue what it could be besides MD5.
