Amazon UK SE method - rectangles - 10-25-2020 I have refunded over £1800 in products from my single Amazon UK account with very little issue. First of all, I have Amazon Prime and I do frequently buy items from Amazon and only refund every so often. Here is one of the methods which I use for refunding which has been used to get a £1200 camera: 1. Find a product that you want, and make sure that it is shipped from Amazon warehouse. 2. Find a 2nd, much cheaper and similar product which is also shipped from the same warehouse and purchase that Item from a shop (look up box dimensions to make sure they are similar). 3. Order the product you want and phone amazon as soon as it arrives. Explain how the wrong camera/item is in the box and give them all the details of that item. Be polite yet confident. It's annoying that they've sent you the wrong product but giving them a hard time will not make the situation any better. 4. You'll have to sign a form and wait a week or so but don't be afraid of that. The refund will come eventually. You might have to chase them up on live chat because they seemed to forget about my refund. Maybe they do this deliberately to deter fraud? Who knows. 5. Enjoy your refunded item. RE: Amazon UK SE method - mothered - 10-25-2020 The wrong Item received method, Is quite effective when applied In the manner you've mentioned. Appreciate the guide. RE: Amazon UK SE method - Muchogusto11 - 10-25-2020 Is it crucial the same items are sent from the exact same warehouse? And how do you know if 2 items are sent from same warehouse? RE: Amazon UK SE method - Blox13 - 10-25-2020 Few things How do you know if they're from the same warehouse? You would have to match the box dimensions but also weight, right? Do they not get suspicious of you consistently returning wrong items? thanks! |
