I can give you hosting for $5 per year. The basics of what you get is 10GB disk space and 100GB monthly bandwith but I can give you a more in-depth description of all the features if you wish.

I think WebHostingPad has done a great job for me. They have had zero down for me and are pretty inexpensive at around 50$ for a year.

I know a free host who give unlimited HDD and bandwidth but limit daily hits to 20,000 and inodes.
