Amazon seller proposed to refund me after bad review - Raccoon - 10-10-2020
I wrote a bad review for a legitimate purchase I made on Amazon, that was not planning to SE or anything. The seller wrote me a message through the amazon platform saying that to make it right for me he is willing to give me a full refund. If I accept it, and in the future I am going to SE something that is of more value, how are the amazon agents evaluate this refund? is it safe to accept the refund since was proposed by the seller or should i just avoid this refund to get one of something i want in the future?

had 2-3 items who happened to be like that. they declare the refund as account adjustment, so youre good to go by experience.

Amazon gives you discount also when you complain about a delay on a shipment.

They gave me 5€ discount on the next order because an order that was supposed to arrive 2 days ago, wasn't yet arrived.
