Ebuyer - weaksauce - 10-06-2020 So I'm thinking of doing ebuyer with the old wrong item received method.. samsung phone and another item i know weighs the same..This has worked for me before already so I know it works! BUT I've just realised that they only have 10 of these phones in stock (it says so at the checkout). I mean surely when you say you got the wrong item they can just do a stock count and confirm that they are in fact missing one of those samsung phones? And then the game is up. Surely with any wrong item received this breaks the method completely? I know that the person in customer services is unlikely to realise they can do that and likely isn't trained to check stock. But with a high value item i should think they would check.. and its just funny they dont. Anyone have any experience with getting stock checked? RE: Ebuyer - durden666 - 10-06-2020 Pretty sure ebuyer have CCTV when they pack orders. And then the game is up.It doesn't mean It's related to your order. It could be another one that's currently In transit, an administration error with the Inventory count, or perhaps an Invoice generated against the Incorrect Item- being the phone. There are many variables as to why records In the office department, do not match what's physically stored In the warehouse. The wrong Item received, Is not as much of a commonality nowadays compared to 12 months ago, but It's still very effective when formulated accordingly. |
