UPS driver signed - kfaulk - 09-12-2020

So I was planning a DNA for a high end item. I happened to be outside when my fedex driver pulled up and handed me the package. He said that he would just sign for it (I had my kids with me and my hands were very full).

Now the problem is I really like my fedex driver and we use him a lot for our business. What's my next best options for getting this done? I ordered 3 things that all came in a box together, so I think I could easily say that the two extra batteries never came, but ideally I'd like the whole thing to be a "write off".

Empty box?
Battery exploded?
Return it and try again from another site?

From lesser known online retailer (not best buy/walmart/etc...)
8 Lbs total weight according to ups tracking
And ideally was planning to SE the entire thing

If you're planning to SE one particular Item, name It and we'll work from there.

So how would you recommend I SE a drone like the mavic pro 2?

smaller retailer might be Stingy on their budget they can't much effort to lose money, You still can try if you fail, you can still return come with your own excuse . if you really like the fedex driver than you should return it , but if you still continue want to get refund option 1 like mothered said DNA or 2 it's little more hassle due to target individual item, it's take more work and buy from different retail more time consuming. just say it came with everything except the drone it self . 95% theyll ask you return it. return and buy different store.

due to a smaller retailer, you can push always push them to their edge, go to their fb page social websites and create a public post so on. they don't want to have a bad image or review. Smile
another thing if why not use your neighbor address and you can always retrieve it later or as myself i rent many people house address for my drop, pay them little fee cash than hit few time and i move on to different address , if it's only cost me $50 for a $1000 item i don't see why not.

by the way.. what's the retailer if you really want to help i don't see why you don't want to release the info... so we can see what we are dealing with and we will come up something helping your case....
