I never personally tried that business but friends of mine tell me that it's still working. The bad side of it is that you will constantly see pics of private parts of the people. Secondary, it's not funny to play with the weakness of the people and make fun of them.
Rather than doing such a thing I would rather ask for charity on the steps of a church.

I know many methods that can SE/manipulate anyone Into paying cash, but as said, I refrain from targeting Individuals.

We aren't (I'm not) judging you.
If you think that that one is an activity be worth of your time, you can persue it. We are (I'm) not going to stop you.
That is just our (my) opinion about the whole thing.

Do what you must, but be aware that you'd not be taking advantage of a corporation's poor refund/warranty policies but you are taking advantage of real people. There's a fine line between scamming someone for a quick buck and destroying their lives (I have actually seen this happen once).
Furthermore, if you are not being particularly careful you are just asking for serious legal trouble. Law makers in a number of countries are catching up on persecuting such behaviour.
