as we see config section is created , but when a user want to request any config than , so i would say add a sub forum as config request in config section.

I'd consider this when the section gets more threads. In the mean time, our layout is sufficient.

Although It's a sub forum of Tutorials, members can create a thread In the Requests forum of the Hacking category.
There's quite a number of config requests already placed.

This is also acceptable. As stated earlier, we can add a dedicated section if activity warrants it.
