Amazon cpu SE - Harryler100 - 09-04-2020
Right. I purchased a CPU yesterday. I want to go about trying to get it refunded.
I have pictures of the same cpu and box but damaged very badly. I already tried using live chat acting as if the box arrived in a terrible state and sent them photo proof. She offered to send a replacement but noted I’d have to send the item back. I made bullshit up about me not being able to dribe to my local post office. But she then pushed to have it collected from my house. I then went into saying I’m rarely In due time work. But she still pushed for it to be picked up saying I have to send the item back. What steps could I take to avoid having to send it back? Thinking of contacting a new rep or even calling

You mean like different tapes or just one which has different color than the original pckage?

So what do I do? Package the cpu box up without the cpu inside but rip it to pieces and make it look like someone had ripped the box open and retapped it back up?

The CPU would be extremely light to not register a weight on consignment, so simply send the box with nothing In It. Tape It up to give It the appearance as though It was tampered with, and stolen during transit.
