I have a foreign cc but i cant use it for walmart or target so i was going to use privacy to generate some vcc for refunding however privacy only takes us cc or bank account. So is there other vcc service other there that fit my situation ? thanks

I use Revolut if it counts, but it's application, not website.

This question it has already had been asked at least 3 times in the last 2 weeks, perhaps merging threads and avoid creating new ones in future might be useful and tidy.

The answer is:
If you live in the Europe you can't do it.
If you live in the U.S. or other countries you can with: Privacy.com, Blur and some other websites.

Paypal offers a debit card that's pretty easy to get. Might be limited by country.

You can use ezzocards too for it. Cards are pretty good quality
