Does it mean easy to SE when courier does not require my signature or left it at the door and the delivery company is responsible for packages?

"Can I return it?
Returning is not possible, however, the purchased item can be offered for sale on the platform."
that's a no-go for boxing or ftid in case of failure

If the package Is simply dropped off without a signature nor any photos taken, I cannot see how the DNA will fail.
