How to get a new Philips Sonicare toothbrush - Tutorial - thebabayaga13 - 08-29-2020
Philips is not as easy as before and you will need to box them (depending on your claim and their requirements)
What's needed:
- Serial number of toothbrush you want ( make sure it's not old and make within last two years)
- Possibly a receipt
- address (drop recommended)
- Name & email (fake recommended)
- phone number ( text now )
steps:
1. Search for Philips warranty exchange service and go to that part of the website.
2. start a warranty replacement (this is where you will enter the model number and serial number)
3. they will try to send you to the troubleshooting steps just continue on and click this didn't help, next step will check your warranty ( this is why I said to get one that's newer )
4. If SN is still in warranty then you will go on to the "service registration" step ( you will enter your drop info and your receipt )
5. For the receipt part, you can either make a fake one of DARKPROOF or use the CORRUPT A FILE method. (i used corrupt a file method )
6. You will finish the process after you upload this info and the service request will be reviewed by someone and either approved or they will continue to send automatic emails for your receipt if you use corrupt a file method.
7. They send me 3 emails within a week and I changed the file type and uploaded the corrupted version every time.
8. After the week I went to live chat and started acting like a pissed off annoyed customer who thinks Phillips is trying to get out of holding up to their warranty and that I wasn't going to keep spending my money with this company.
9. They apologized to me and reviewed the case and asked for the receipt and I acted mad again because I had uploaded the receipt 3 times and moments later the rep told me she ordered a replacement and to keep an eye on my email.
10. This can be used with your real info and address however I prefer to use fake info and a drop because I will not be sending anything back.
11. if you will rape this than definitely use fake info.
12. The new toothbrush you get will have a fresh SN to continue doing this with and getting replacements.
I used some of the information from this thread to make this work.
Things to note she said i might have to return my old product or not she didn't quite know but told me they might send a return label in the replacement with the new one. Also, they told me the kind i had was outta stock and they upgraded me to a nicer model.

I always recommend to do exactly this with the corrupted file method, and this clearly demonstrates that It's very effective Indeed.
