Help Paypal Dispute Infinite Estimated case resolution - Jail_Bird - 08-24-2020 Hello everybody, recently I've hired a refunder to refund for me quite a small package - 600e +- and they have done FTID to a paypal claim, everything was going smoothly but the resolution was supposed to be like 17th August, now it is 24th and last time I checked it said 24th it will be resolved, today I checked and it says 29th August. What are my possibilities? It says it is under review. Apparently I am not allowed to post links, but in the paypal progress bar, it has bold text saying "We're reviewing the additional info given by the seller" which says "You'll receive an update soon" and then there's last step, the "Estimated case resolution" which dates to 29th August any ideas what I can do? I have checked and the store doesn't even know I started the paypal refund. They don't reply at all to anything, I tried sending them an email saying siomething like "Hello, this is the tracking I've got from paypal (attached images of tracking)" . Now I can't figure out any other way what to do, I asked the refunder but they seem to never have experienced this before so I guess this will be a never-ending claim? Or is it finite? It usually ends with a successful refund if this makes you feel better. Just wait it out. Contact PayPal as well on live chat if you want to speed things up. RE: Help Paypal Dispute Infinite Estimated case resolution - Jail_Bird - 08-27-2020 I've chatted a bit with the paypal support and mentioned how frustrated I am because the seller now, since fiction, has my "items" and my money. Hopefully they will speed it up, it is getting out of control the infinite await. I'll let you know how it goes. You're not asking to donate a kidney. It's simply processing a straightforward claim, yet they're Incapable of doing It In a timely manner. RE: Help Paypal Dispute Infinite Estimated case resolution - Jail_Bird - 08-30-2020 Aand I just got my paypal limited, well, boxing gone wrong. Or are you simply limited? What did Pp say to you regarding the dispute, and what do you need to do to restore your account? Photo ID? Most importantly, how old was your pp account? RE: Help Paypal Dispute Infinite Estimated case resolution - Jail_Bird - 08-31-2020 So to sum this up, the dispute seems to be still in progress, but it is limited - for what reason though? No information at all. No requirements. It was stating I was breaking their TOS so I guess it means I lost the dispute? The account was fresh, with artifical payments to make it look more legit. I've made like 12 purchases before the claim purchase. |
