Tile SE needs video proof to complete - thebabayaga13 - 08-22-2020

Just tried to SE Tile twice based of this tutorial.

I encounter two different reps and immediately they asked for a video clip of the Tile not working. I haven't been able to source one of these clips so i had to exit out each time.

I can see this has been raped and much more difficult to SE now. If you can get a decent video than may still work out for you.

I did have a picture of front and back (with QR) and a picture of the tile on one the Tile's branded gift cards carriers that hold the Tile itself as a gift but they wanted that video instead.

I may just try to DNA, missing item or box them now.

Do note that they keep record of the progress of every claim, and refer to It from one rep to another.

This Is why a couple of reps requested the video clip- It's kept on file.

shit, i wish i knew this method, i knew corrupt a file but didnt think to try video corrupted.

i used different names, email, and wording each time i chatted live support, no vpn though, but you think they knew it was the same person?

how do i respond inbetween quotes without fucking it up?

Always navigate behind a VPN, and change servers/IPs when chatting between reps.

If they look Into It, they can detect that It's the same person- particularly because your Issue matches (or Is similar) from one chat to another.

idk only one i ever used was kaspersky but that was a couple years ago. I have no idea which VPN to use

As per my Image above, you can upgrade to the "Pro" version of Windscribe.

Other VPNs that serve their purpose well are IPVanish, NordVPN, ExpressVPN, Private Internet Access and ZenMate.
