Good day - traptow - 08-20-2020
Good day everyone.
I'm traptow and just discovered this site. On first glance I'm very pleased with what I'm seeing here
It has been a long time since I was last registered at a forum. I hope to have a good time here and maybe I can share some knowledge with you guys.
So, who am I?
I have finished my bachelor of computer science some years ago and have been working as software developer for 10 years now.
My interest in coding started with good old PHP based websites and today I'm developing business appications with Java. In my free time I have looked at some other languages and fell in love with golang.
Beside coding I would call myself a advanced linux server admin
Recently I have dipped my toes into different IT security topics and hope to find some deeper insights within this community.
That should be enough of me

Welcome! It seems like you have a lot you can teach us on here. How was CS? I hear it's extremely hard.

There were some really difficult courses, especially the theoretical basics of CS. But if you can get through the first half of the study, you are more and more working on real projects which, imo, were much more easy
