Amazon won't refund - edmondriley - 08-20-2020
Hello,
So I am currently doing a FTID with a laptop (my first time) and Amazon is not having it. It has been a month since I "returned" the item and they are still telling me to wait for it to get to the warehouse. What should I do? The tracking was last updated almost a month ago and they keep telling me that I have to wait for it to be scanned in the warehouse and there is nothing they can do about it..
Any help would be great.. Thank you!

This Is a prime example (and In support of my posts & blog), of the flawed so-called FTID method. We're not living In the 70s- carriers and dispatch/Inwards goods systems operate on a scanning Inventory.
Anyway, let's see what can be done here. Was the tracking generated to the correct destination? Also, what did you physically send and where was It addressed?
Please provide the exact nature of your SE.

yep this is one of those issues.. usually with smaller items they have the capacity to refund. But i'm pretty sure they dont have the option for a certain price point.. i think about 400 500+ the customer service people wil just be adamant they dont even have the option. I tried with a 2k laptop before and it was just a brick wall.. so i stick to 300-400 ses now and they work like a charm

Item price is around 600-700. It was also sent by a boxer to the correct city.
I got off the phone with them telling me to wait 5 more days, however I convinced the lady on the phone to promise a refund in case it didn't arrive in 5 days and write it to me in email.
Hopefully I can use this to force the refund out of them.
