Bose SE - tamajiv176 - 08-17-2020

I have a SN and multiple photos of the item. I have registered the item on the Bose website under a fake name. What is the best way of SE'ing without having to send the item back? Also can I use my real address or should I use a drop (I don't really have a drop address).

What's the weight and dimensions of the Item?

Do they offer an AR?

As far as I know they do not offer an AR. Usually wants the item back before hand.

I haven't got the time to research their terms, so thanks for that.

If they did offer an AR, the OP Is good to go with a drop.

I believe to get the best odds, he must convince Bose support that he has either disposed the item due to safety, hazard or something likely. Perhaps batteries leaking and a great substory.

This Is the reason I requested the nature of the Item In my prior post.

For Instance, If It's a Bose SoundSport Wireless Headphones that only weighs 23 grams, then the missing Item method or boxing are both well-suited.

The item is exactly that!

Hence the Importance of establishing the Item prior to recommending suitable methods.

Are you SEing only the headphones, or together with the charging case?

I think for a successful SE, I would need both as one is useless without the other.

I concur, let's wait the thread's owner response.
