need some opinion for my coming up 10k se - xerophily - 08-12-2020

So i disovered that there is a potential watch company that can se, but there is two question comes into my mind that makes me want to clearify it before making any moves:
1. When sending back to repair, it doesnt go back to their original factory but a watch fixing company, if the watching fixing company didnt get my ftid what will they do and how does it effect my se?
2. If i dont go for ftid but normal boxing with carrier claim, how can i make sure the carrier will clear my claim so i can make my se success?

Thanks for the advices!

What do you mean by "clear my claim?".

you know carrier claim means that they found out that it is their responsibility so they will pay the company that you are shipping to and the company will give out replacement, thats what i meant by clear my claim

Yes, I'm aware of how carriers operate In terms of those who are/are not responsible for loss of goods during transit, but not what you're referring to by "clear my claim".

Are you suggesting how the carrier will "approve your claim" with Its respective company?

No problem at all.

In terms of the last failed SE, did the company give reason as to why FedEx didn't clear the claim?

they only said because of fedex claim didnt clear they cant do anything , which i called fedex to confirm the reason they also respons that the claim failed, did not go throught. So i just wondering how can i make sure a 10k watch can pass the claim

Research their terms to "conclusively" establish that they're responsible for loss of goods during transit.

If so and your SE goes according to plan, then there's no reason why they'd decline the claim.
