Best Timing For DNA? - vroey - 08-11-2020

I’m planning a Xbox One X SE on Walmart. Obviously the item is too heavy to use eb ( empty box ) So my plan is to use DNA. It shipped out today via USPS and does not require signature which makes this the perfect item to DNA. My main question is whether to perform the SE right after the delivery , or wait 48 hours.
After researching on the website I found this : https://www.walmart.com/help/article/delivered-but-not-received/f5f3598372ba4312996c8fdd5390fafe?title=Delivered%20but%20Not%20Received

So should I DNA right after I get it or wait the 48 hours?

I would wait. Also because I think that given the item you're planning to SE you will have time to wait before getting your money back. They will probably start an investigation and ask you to sign a police report or something. I think.

Think abt It tho. Wouldn’t it be more realistic if u ask right after it’s delivered? If I was ordering some thing and it said it was delivered but I couldn’t find it the first thing I would do is contact customer support

No. You're not supposed to know that you've received It.

Although they may specify 48 hours, as a concerned customer, contact them the next day.

I got the Xbox this morning and went into the live chat and within 5 mins i got my refund! I was expecting them to ask for a police report but i said it was a gift for my son and created a sense of urgency and it worked out. This was my most expensive SE that i have done ( $450 )
