Probably you can do "sealed box method", sourcing a broken one of the same model and placing it in the box of the original one. Then proceeding to package it as if it has never been opened and doing a regular return.
Alternatively you can claim the one you have received is faulty and proceed to send them proof from the broken one you have.

on my local carryers you can type some randoms tracking numbers and se when they will get send (PARCEL ) then i give the tracking number to rep and new waiting to get the item "delivered" ))
