hi, I have amazon uk account 6 months old with about 70 legit small value orders no refunds or returns has been done.
What would be the best to do and what value?

You can use the bot chat system which others report can be used to automatically refund you up to £200 (I have used it once for an item ~£150 and it worked easily). If you want to do more you will have to contact a customer representative.
As for what item that would be your decision ultimately. What do you want to obtain/sell? This is a great thread if you want to see what others are SEing and what experiences they have to share.
I would recommend to you to read around this forum and you will get an idea of how things operate and what you may want to do. You will find a lot of useful information that will help you along the way.

you can get yourself a good order ... it obviously depends on how you use the SE
