i just filled the gaps in the versions, some versions weren't displayed on Softpedia (such as the 12.66 version)

They usually update versions the moment they're released.

Is it softpedia that updates the application or is it the developers? maybe the dev forgot to upload it onto softpedia.
Softpedia also can take quite a few days to update softwares, maybe the dev updated their application in a few days & softpedia coudn't catch up, but idk

Softpedia doesn't touch the software- they get It from the developer on an "as Is" basis and distribute It thereafter.

The moment the developer updates It, Softpedia do the same on their site by updating the corresponding article.
