Planning on doing a refund for an iPhone 11 Pro (around £900) on Amazon UK. It’s being delivered by DPD meaning they’ll take a pic on my doorstep with the door open to prove delivery.
How’s best to refund in this case? Has anyone ever gotten a £900 refund just through live chat or has it always gone to their “internal” team who email 24 hours after?
