Is there a way to verify if a Facebook account belong to the same person that appear on the face book.? For example, a celebrity person's account.. how I get to know if the account really belong to him or some one else who is cheating others

Unfortunately, there Isn't a tool that can verify the authenticity of the account In question.
You'd need to do your very own research, by (but not limited to) performing reverse Image lookups, view their friend's list, checkout the nature of the account holder's posts, see the Images/posts they've been tagged In, Identify If their personality Is out-of-character to the real deal, see the approximate date of when the account was created by viewing the oldest Image/post and the list goes on.

I lost access to my Facebook account, I haven’t been able to restore it yet, I don’t want to start a new one, as this is the only social network I have ever used and I would not want to lose friends who have been with me for several years.

They don't answer, neither Instagram does it.

I tried with both months ago. In my experiences there were no answer, they didn't care at all my case.
It was a real case of credential loss from one of my Instagram legit accounts.

I tried with my fake Facebook account a while back, and I was In fact contacted.
