hello everyone I have a problem with a refund for a notebook, I used the DNA method and everything went smoothly, they asked for a report from the police and I did, I sent it exactly two days ago, now they say they will contact me because the request is being worked on. I wanted to ask someone who has already submitted the police report if it is normal, if they are investigating with the police and if they can get into trouble, or if they are just checking that the report is true. however two days have passed and I still don't have a refund

They've simply opened an Investigation.
This Is part of company protocol to move forward with the claim, and a commonality when using the DNA and missing Item method. The next course of action (If any), will be based on their response.

I've experienced Investigations taking up to two weeks to finalize.
