Can a company tell you've edited timestamps? - Rednaxela1 - 06-28-2020 If i was to use photos again and again with different companies but change the timestamps, will the company know the timestamps have been changed? What is it a photo of? If it's evidence of a PoD/ broken item/ etc. I'm sure you'll be fine. Obviously, if it's apparent it's been modified, then they will know. However, assuming modified well, most companies don't share claim information with other companies (though I know this isn't true of all companies), RE: Can a company tell you've edited timestamps? - Johnngnky - 06-28-2020 (06-28-2020, 06:54 PM)Filament Wrote:(06-28-2020, 12:32 PM)Rednaxela1 Wrote: If i was to use photos again and again with different companies but change the timestamps, will the company know the timestamps have been changed? However, the majority of companies don't have the knowledge nor the time to dissect Images. As long as there's no signs of editing the timestamps and they appear In their original form, then you're good to go. Unless It's under Investigation, very rarely (If ever) do companies analyze files as stated above.
