Stating the obvious, what does your overall computing usability Involve?

@mothered Nothing Intensive, i'm not rendering or doing anything that will utilize everything but i am gaming, and general server browsing, i did tweak my OS to preserve my hardware for longer since windows 10 has a notable reputation of degrading hardware with it's shitty bloated OS, so i optimized that to my fullest ability by debloating the OS as much as i could.

So General Gaming, and browsing the internet some games are intensive of my hardware but nothing to bad, temperatures are stable and fine (never exceeding 85 Celsius.)

Sounds good.

I honesty cannot fault your specs, they will certainly suffice your usability. The card will handle your gaming needs and you've made an excellent choice with the SSD as the boot drive. I also have this, and It literally takes 6-8 seconds to fully boot Into the Windows environment- services, processes, background tasks etc fully loaded.

Computing continues to consume resources so the only thing I'd change In your specs, Is to opt for 32 GB of Ram.

Thank you i was thinking of that, its a shame ddr3's prices haven't even went down over the years they actually went up!

You won't need 32gb's of ram if you're just using your computer for gaming and general usage. The reality is, that your system is on a dead socket, meaning in order to upgrade your cpu (which would only make sense before upgrading your gpu) you'll have to get a new motherboard, ram and cpu itself, which could easily be 400$, for a noticable, but not huge performance leap.

as a dedicated PC builder following the latest trends, you should definitely invest into getting a AMD Ryzen system, they are cheaper, most cost efficient on power, you can see that one of the best budget Ryzen's the Ryzen 3 3300X > https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core-i7-3930K-vs-AMD-Ryzen-3-3300X/1487vs4076 the scores of a 120$ CPU vs a older generation one that costs way much more you can already see that the performance is already above your current cpu and to upgrade to the newest platform it doesn't even have to be expensive to get more performance out of your rig which means it will run faster in the long run.

DDR3 is old by new standards and can be so much more gained by choosing a DDR4 kit that has, Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 16 GB @ 3200MHz is already double MHz of your current kit which means it can also read and write way quicker to the memory bus.

To be completely honest the ML120L AIO is not enough cooling performance in the slightest bit of what you actually need, there's been many tests about what is best and a 120mm AIO is just too insufficient into being able to cool your system properly, and with your GPU heating up the whole system while on heavy load it affects your room temperature, your performance (possible throttling because of too warm) no matter how much air you take in.

I made a pcpartpicker with CPU/MOBO/RAM/COOLER: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Bhp2cq
cpu difference of speed: https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core-i7-3930K-vs-AMD-Ryzen-5-3600/1487vs4040

The rest of the build is fine however upgrades should be made to be completely up to date for a long while.

Thanks for the reply @Defqon I appreciate the time you put into advising specific parts, and it seems like your right, I'm abit of an intel fanboy i was wondering which CPU would you advise for $300-400 USD is my Budget for an intel CPU, over time i will have to upgrade everything including the outdated LGA2011 Chipset motherboard as it only supports older versions of intel's cpus and only ddr3, i also would upgrade to the ryzen but im not sure if my mobo supports ryzen chips, considering the motherboard was way before ryzen was a thing.

Whilst I certainly agree with this, you also need to allow for future computing developments and needs/usability.

For Instance, If you're planning to run a network of VMs at some point, Ram Is of the utmost Importance. Hyper-V, which Is a native VM with selected editions of the Windows platform, absolutely chews memory during simultaneous active sessions.

The only upgrade I can advise myself is an upgrade to a AM4 Zen Setup (AMD Ryzen) inorder to switch the DDR4 memory platform and use even more powerful GPU without bottlenecks.
